We are working exclusively according to ADSp 2016 (German Freight Forwarders Standard Terms and Conditions). Under paragraph 23 ADSp, the liability of 8,33 SZR for damage to goods as per § 431 HGB (German Commercial Code) in the case of damage to goods whilst in the care of a forwarder is limited to 1 Mio. € or 2 SZR per kg, whichever is the greater. In case of multimodal transports including sea transports the liability of the forwarder is limited to 2 SZR per kg.
